Hromada success indices – a manual
The Ukrainian Institute of the Future jointly with experts has developed Success Indices and their Tools within the Local Hromadas Management System.
The document represents the basic indices of efficient assessment of local self-government efficient functioning, formulates the criteria and regularities in their functioning, as well as reveals algorithms to reach the efficiency indices in accordance with the developed methods.
