The Vilkhovetska hromada is the first village AH of the Transcarpathian region, having proved that Ukrainian country people are able to live under descent conditions: to drive along perfect streets, to allow children to study in up-to-date classes, to enjoy free of charge medicine, to obtain qualitative administrative services and to develop business. The five year old hromada shares its successful experience in the material.
