The common European initiative of the management novelty competition is known to have emerged at the Centre of Expertise for Good Governance of the Council of Europe. The useful initiative essence is very simple: competition participants realise a certain matter with practical outcomes, make sure it is efficient, convince the competition committee of its efficiency. If the practice is highly assessed by the committee, it becomes available for the general public.

This year the competition committee received 112 applications from all regions of the country, except for the occupied territories and combat areas. 28 new practices were recognized to be the best and their authors were awarded with Diplomas and Competition Special Awards. It is a descent result of the tenth all-Ukrainian competition «Best Practices of Local Self-Government».
