Tax basis of hromadas and rayons to prepare 2021 budgets – a focus by fiscal experts
In September the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine amended the Budget Code of Ukraine (№ 907-ІХ) on harmonizing the budget legislation provisions, related to the administrative and territorial reform completion. So, fiscal experts draw our attention to the changes, having occurred in the budget system and local self-government bodies authorities.
