The DOBRE Programme has launched a tender for TV plots or programmes about hromadas
On December, 3, 2020 the Ukraine Crisis Media-Centre within the DOBRE Programme launched an open tender for the creation (production) of a TV format produce about territorial hromadas in Ukraine for the general public.
- Participants are free to submit requests for clarification until December, 7, 2020.
- Bids are being accepted until December, 17, 2020.
