Supported by the Decentralisation Support in Ukraine (SKL International) Swedish-Ukrainian project, the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine» has prepared briefing notes on calculating volumes of educational subvention for oblast budgets and hromada budgets for 2021.

The briefing notes are aimed at better understanding the peculiarities of the educational subvention division between local budgets and can be a major information source for educational establishments founders while analyzing the efficiency of the establishment network and approving of managerial decisions on its improvement.
