«Question Hour» is a new type of communication with managers, municipality heads and all those concerned about municipality education quality. Once a month the DECIDE project will invite people’s deputies and public experts for the expert talk live to find out how the educational policy is being formed in the state.

The first conversation will start at 4 P.M. on September, 23.

The guest is Serhiy Koleboshyn, a people’s deputy, deputy head of the Committee of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine on Science, Education and Innovation and the head of the Consultative Council under the President of Ukraine on Facilitating the Secondary Education Development.
