On November, 16 the PROSTO project, jointly with the oblast state administration and with support of the Ministry for Digital Transformation, is holding an online information session for leaders of Vinnytsya oblast municipalities, eager to establish an ASC or improve its work.

The event is aimed at local self-government bodies authorities and/or persons responsible for establishing or upgrading ASCs of local self-government bodies, ASC authorities, public representatives.

During the event PROSTO experts will dwell upon the aid for municipalities; discuss risks and challenges of establishing or upgrading ASCs and enhancing services delivery quality in municipalities.
