At 9:30 A.M. on December, 10, 2021, V All-Ukrainian conference «Municipal reform within the context of the European integration of Ukraine: the stance of the authorities, scientists, trade unions and the public» will start. It is organized by the Academy of Labour, Social Relations and Tourism, as well as by the Association of Ukrainian Cities with support by the HOVERLA USAID Project.

The conference is aimed at forming a common vision of the municipal reform trends in Ukraine according to European principles and standards, based on the juxtaposition of stance of the authorities, scientists and civic society institutes, particularly, trade unions, local self-government bodies amalgamations, public organisations, etc., on the issue.
