On November, 25, the PROSTO Swedish-Ukrainian project and the Association of Municipalities signed the memorandum on cooperation for the sake of improving the quality of public services, delivered to municipality residents of Ukraine during the Forum of the new local self-government «5 years of defending municipalities» on the occasion of the fifth anniversary of the all-Ukrainian Association of Municipalities.
