There is the first oblast capital in Ukraine to independently deliver the first civil registration service. It means that Lutsk residents are now able to obtain certain civil registration services during one visit to an ASC.

The PROSTO Swedish-Ukrainian project initiates a public discussion of recommendations and mechanisms of implementing quick state civil registration services for residents of all municipalities.
