How to properly publicize the council’s and the executive committee’s decision at the local council site
Local self-government bodies have to abide by the laws on the public information access. Among a host of public information, government agencies’ decisions are the most significant and the most demanded ones. Mykhaylo Shelep, a counsellor on decentralization and local self-government of the regional office of U-LEAD with Europe in the Rivne oblast dwells upon the proper publicizing of decisions by the council and the executive committee at the local council site.
