The Prize by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine is awarded to persons under 35 for achievements in developing Ukraine in 2021. The candidate’s accomplishments in the previous years can also be considered.

Up to 20 Prizes for the amount of UAH 50 thousand each are awarded annually.

The Prize is not awarded repeatedly, and persons cannot be awarded for the accomplishments, having been marked with the national awards either.

To be awarded with the Prize, rayon, rayon in the cities of Kyiv and Sevastopol state administrations, local self-government bodies, public organisations, not having the status of all-Ukrainian ones, branched divisions of all-Ukrainian public amalgamations, charities, local or regional media are welcome to submit an application only for one person by March, 1, 2022.
