A partnership agreement has been signed between the Zelenodolsk City Council in the Dnipropetrovsk region and the municipality of Sceaux in France. Dmytro Neveselyi, Head of the Zelenodolsk Community, shared this news.
According to the community leader, the agreement provides for the following:
‘Partnerships are not just a formality. They are an opportunity for mutual learning, support and implementation of initiatives that improve the lives of our residents. This is the first international partnership for the Zelenodolsk community, and I am confident that there are many new opportunities ahead. I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Mayor Philippe Laurent for his trust, openness, and willingness to develop our cooperation,’ said Dmytro Neveselyi.

For reference, according to monitoring by the Ministry for Development, as of April 2025, 487 communities in Ukraine had signed 2,101 cooperation agreements with partners from 64 countries around the world.
