Experts of the Analytical and Legal Group of the Central Reform Office under MinRegion (with the support of the U-LEAD with Europe Programme) prepared the answers (DOWNLOAD) to the questions related to background check in the local self-government bodies of the newly established amalgamated hromadas:

• Regarding the persons, who must undergo a background check at employment (election, approvement) for positions in the local self-government bodies of AHs,
• Regarding the terms within which the secretaries of the AH councils and deputy AH heads must undergo a background check,
• Regarding the documents that a person submits to the AH to carry out a background check,
• Regarding organisation of a background check in the local self-government bodies of AHs.
