During a two-day seminar “Summing up the 2016-2017 results of decentralisation in the Odesa Oblast”, held on 6-7 February, the representatives of 25 amalgamated hromadas of the oblast presented a new platform for professional consultations from the experts of the Odesa Local Government Development Centre, established with the support of the U-LEAD with Europe Programme and MinRegion.

From now on a new “Consulting Forum” section has been introduced on the website of the Odesa LGDC (http://ofis.odessa.gov.ua). By registering on the website, the representatives of AHs can ask the experts of the Centre on AH functioning, peculiarities of budget policy, hromada development and communications. Responses are promptly provided by the experts online. Thus, in addition to seminars, trainings, consultations, including on-site visits, as well as individual consultations, additional tool for communication between representatives of local self-government bodies and the experts from the Odesa LGDC has appeared.
