Three years ago, the villages of Bilozirya and Irdyn in the Cherkasy Oblast were the first in the oblast to form an amalgamated hromada. Since then the villages have changed significantly, gas consumption has been abandoned in the school, kindergarten and hospital, as solid fuel boilers have been installed there. The hospital has been renovated, and housing has been constructed for the doctors. Over the past 2 years, they set up 40 km of lighting. There is even an administrative service centre.
