In the early 2018, the Birth Rate Support Programme was adopted on the initiative of Ihor Lidovyi, head of the Serhiyivska AH in the Poltava Oblast (Hadyach Rayon).

In accordance with the programme, the local family receives UAH 10 thousand from the AH budget for a newborn child. This amount is not subject to additional taxes.

At the birth of more than one child, UAH 10 thousand will be paid for each child.

Two families have already received financial assistance from the amalgamated hromada.
