Valeriy Kulych, head of the Oblast State Administration, has recently signed a resolution  (No 123 dated 12 March 2018), which approved the conclusion on the conformity of draft decisions on the voluntary amalgamation of hromadas with the constitution and laws of Ukraine.

Thus, another rural AH – Ozeryanska amalgamated hromada – was established in the Chernihiv Oblast. It united Ozeryany, Brahyntsi, Kukharka, and Marmyzivka village councils of the Varva Rayon.

It should be mentioned that there are currently 37 AHs in the oblast.
