Only the Oleksandrivska settlement hromada in the Donetsk Oblast is preparing for the elections in April 2018. It will become the tenth AH in the Donetsk Oblast, where the first elections will take place as a result of the decentralisation process.

The thematical programme of the DONBAS live channel featured the discussion of the formation of new hromadas in the Donetsk and Luhansk Oblast at the end of April this year.

The DONBAS live studio invited Olha Terentyeva, decentralisation adviser of the Luhansk Local Government Development Centre, established with the support of the U-LEAD with Europe Programme and MinRegion, and Maksym Tkach, decentralisation expert of the Donetsk LGDC, joined the discussion via Skype.
