Experts of the Analytical and Legal Group of the Central Reform Office under MinRegion have prepared guidelines and samples of documents for admission to service in local self-government bodies and dismissal from service in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine as of 1 March 2018.

During the work on the publication, the practical experience of application of the law on service in local self-government bodies was used and typical mistakes were taken into account when deciding on the issues of the enrollment and dismissal of local self-government officials.
