This was informed by Vasyl Hostyuk, deputy head of the Chernivtsi Oblast State Administration.

On 21 March 2018, the Chernivtsi Oblast State Administration received a petition from Ivan Todorovych, head of the Stavchany village council, asking the CEC to decide on the appointment of the elections of the head and deputies of the Stavchany village council in connection with the AH establishment.

It is worth mentioning that the perspective plan approved the Stavchanska amalgamated hromada within the territory of the villages of the northern zone of Kitsman, namely Stavchany, Borivtsi, Kyselivka, Malyatyntsi, Khlivyshche, Shyshkivtsi, Yuzhynets village councils.
