"We are not against decentralisation and hromadas’ amalgamation, we are in favour of it, but not under the existing conditions, for how can one go for amalgamation, when the state constantly changes the rules of the game?" these were the main arguments of the participants in the debates on "Why Should Hromadas Amalgamate?", held today in the town of Zhovkva in the Lviv Oblast.
At the beginning of the event, 35% of those present in the hall opposed the process of hromadas’ amalgamation.
At the end of the event, there were only 20% of those against amalgamation.
