The orders of MinRegion approve 512 projects of new construction of outpatient clinics in all regions. These are monopractice outpatient clinics with 1-2 doctors without housing (155 facilities), monopractice outpatient clinics with 1-2 doctors with housing (152 facilities), group practice outpatient clinics with 3-4 doctors (188 facilities), Primary Healthcare Centres with 5-7 doctors (17 facilities). The regions are moving according to the defined calendar plan and the construction of 27 new modern outpatient clinics has already begun, announced Hennadii Zubko, Vice Prime Minister – Minister of Regional Development, Construction, Housing and Communal Services of Ukraine, following the results of a conference call with the regions regarding the construction of new outpatient clinics.

“We introduced a weekly monitoring with photo fixation of the construction process. The Kirovohrad, Dnipropetrovsk, Kharkiv, Luhansk and Rivne Oblasts proceed well. For many projects, there are already documents on ownership of land plots provided, construction tenders announced and general contracting organisations defined. At the same time, some oblasts have not yet registered land plots for the construction of new facilities and have not approved the project documentation to start project implementation. There is not so much time left. And regions need to move faster on these issues,” said Hennadii Zubko.

According to him, the oblasts, which are lagging behind the schedule, should accelerate solution of issues of land plot documents registration, conclusion of design contracts, obtaining examination conclusions, announcement of tenders for construction.

“Besides, the issue of external networks and provision of broadband Internet access is in the area of ​​special attention – primary healthcare outpatient clinics should be provided with all the necessary infrastructure.” stressed the official.
