The regular meeting of the Vinnytsia Oblast’s AH Heads Club was held at the Vinnytsia Local Government Development Centre, established with the support of the U-LEAD with Europe Programme and the MinRegion. According to Yevhen Shapovalov, LGDC decentralisation adviser, the aim of the meeting was to familiarise leaders of hromadas of the oblast with current changes in legislation on local finance, land resources and regulatory policy.
