The "Contents, Principles and Purpose of Decentralisation Reform" handbook (DOWNLOAD 1.0 MB) is intended for judges considering disputes related to appeals against voluntary amalgamation and accession processes of hromadas, as well as judges of administrative courts, other judges, assistants to judges and lawyers practicing in the field of public relations or being interested in the issues of government reform in Ukraine.
The handbook is developed with the support of the Council of Europe Programme "Decentralisation and Reform of Local Self-Government in Ukraine" at the request of the Ministry of Regional Development, Construction, Housing and Communal Services of Ukraine.
