Hromadas will have the right to approve city planning documentation, not limited to the territories of their settlements. In the first reading, Parliament approved the bill № 2280, which regulates issues of hromada development planning, preparation of city planning documentation, simplification of change of target purpose. This was reported by Olena Shuliak, representative of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine in the Verkhovna Rada.
