“MinRegion supports the finalized draft law of the President related to the amendments to the Constitution of Ukraine regarding decentralisation of power, since the adoption thereof will allow the Cabinet of Ministers to fulfil the Government’s Programme of Action regarding decentralisation and complete implementation of the reform of local self-government and territorial organization of power”, Alyona Babak, Minister of Development of Communities and Territories of Ukraine, informed at the sitting of the Committee. In particular, according to her version, the current Constitution provides no clear understanding of the system of administrative and territorial structure of Ukraine.
