600 words on cooperation between the police and a hromada in the safety sphere
Decentralisation is not just an increase in local self-government powers but also an exceptional opportunity to form common safety space at the local level. So, establishing cooperation between the police and territorial hromadas is important. There are projects the efficiency of implementing which depends on the two parties’ collaboration. Ihor Klymenko, the Head of the National Police of Ukraine, covers three most important of them in his interview for Interfax-Ukraine.
