How to ensure quality education in a municipality – a manual
Educational establishment founders approve of strategic decisions, including the head appointment, its attestation and education network formation. Local self-government bodies have sweeping powers to ensure quality education in a municipality.
All these issues are covered by the new manual «Local Self-Government Powers to Ensure Quality Education», developed by experts of the DECIDE Swiss-Ukrainian project and representatives of the State Education Quality Assurance of Ukraine.
