The President of Ukraine has signed Law On Amending some Laws of Ukraine on Improving Mechanisms of Forming a Lyceum Chain to Introduce Quality Specialized Secondary Education № 1658-ІХ (bill №4621-1), passed by the Verkhovna Rada on July, 15, 2021.

The document prolongs a transition period to transform the lyceum chain and specifies some provisions of the establishment legal harmonization.

In particular, the law enshrines the notion of a safe educational surrounding as a complex of conditions in an educational establishment, making it impossible to cause physical, property or moral damage to the educational process participants.
