The material highlights how the elderly study and have fun in the Bar municipality.

Bar experience: communication space for elderly residents is the project fulfilled with love and respect to the elder generation. It is aimed at providing retired people with interesting leisure opportunities and preventing them from feeling lonely as citizens aged 60+ also long for self-realisation, new knowledge and participation in the municipality life. It was the Bar municipality winning entry for the competition of the Small Projects Foundation – 2021 UA 01, conducted by the Office of the International Solidarity Foundation in Ukraine within the project “Decentralisation support: municipality social services delivery competences development”.
