From now on Perspective Plan of Zhytomyr Oblast covers 100% of territory
The deputies of the Zhytomyr Oblast Council decided to approve the Perspective Plan for the formation of amalgamated hromadas covering 100% of the oblast territory.
“This Perspective Plan creates opportunities for the formation of capable AHs on territories that were preciously aside the reform process,” said Oleksandr Babych, head of the organisational unit of the Zhytomyr Oblast State Administration.
