Deputies of the Kharkiv Oblast Council approved amendments to the Prospective Plan for the formation of hromadas in the Kharkiv Oblast. This will make it possible to update the Perspective Plan within the entire territory of the Kharkiv Oblast and eliminate the so-called “white spots”.

According to Diana Barynova, Director of the Kharkiv Local Government Development Centre, established with the support of the U-LEAD with Europe Programme and MinRegion, the relevant documents will soon be sent by the Kharkiv Oblast State Administration for approval of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.
