On 26 October, the Zabolottia village council and Varash city council took final decisions on accession of the village of Zabolottia to the city of Varash.

It means that in the Rivne Oblast the fist AH has been established based on the city of the oblast significance by the procedure of accession.

The decisions will be valid on 1 November 2018.

So, the budget of Varash for the year of 2019 can be planned taking into consideration the interests of the village's residents.

Experts of the Rivne Local Government Development Centre, established with the support of the U-LEAD with Europe Programme, accompanied this process from the very beginning and gave consultations to representatives of the both local councils.
