Hromadas’ voluntary accession to cities of oblast significance: methodological recommendations and sample documents
The experts of the Association of Ukrainian Cities and the analytical and legal group of the Central Reform Office under MinRegion have prepared methodological recommendations, samples of documents and answers to common questions regarding the voluntary accession of hromadas to cities of oblast significance (DOWNLOAD).
It should be noted that on May 4, President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko signed the law on Voluntary Accession of Hromadas to Cities of Oblast Significance (Draft law No 6466).
