Association of Ukrainian Cities has presented a practical manual for hromadas, aimed at assisting the newly established territorial hromadas in taking the first steps.

 «Following the local elections, having been held on October, 25, 2020, on the new territorial basis, it is important to establish local self-government bodies of the territorial hromadas and to ensure continued operation of the local self-government in the process of representative and executive bodies reorganisation. Association of Ukrainian Cities has developed the practical manual to help hromadas organise efficient functioning of local self-government bodies», - informs the site of Association of Ukrainian Cities.
